Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for size or preference issues unless the product is defective.
Once a return request is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed as per our internal guidelines.
