Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed for dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refunds are applicable only for approved cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
The Princey’s Closet reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the policy conditions.
